Our programming is built to provide a great outcome for each member, regardless of experience, age, or fitness level. Each segment of every workout can be scaled (we’ll show you, every time) to meet the needs of each member of our community – so, new or experienced, young or seasoned, conditioned or unconditioned – we’re here to give you the tools you need to build the body of your future, one day, one WOD, at a time.

ASCEND BOOTCAMP

Our Strength and Conditioning Class that will help you improve your overall fitness level. Whatever your goals or current fitness level, we work to get you moving and progressing to a healthier and fitter life.

DRAG FACTOR

Rower based interval training on a Concept2 Erg that has you ON and OFF the Rower. Coach led, 45 minute class that incorporates some weighted functional movements along with varied Rowing intervals. Learn to row, improve your skill and technique on the rower and get a great workout!

 

CROSSFIT KIDS

Our top priority is safety, followed closely by fun! Similar to our CrossFit programming, each movement is scalable. Our guiding principle in CrossFit Kids is to keep our Kids interested in fitness. We know our time will be limited, and we know that what we help them feel and accomplish during our time together will shape how they view fitness for a lifetime.

 

PERSONAL TRAINING

Develop your skills in our 1-on-1 or small group sessions. These are completely customized to you and your specific goal(s). Most often, we schedule these in 30-min increments and can accompany a regular CrossFit schedule for the same day, or an off day.

 

OLYMPIC WEIGHTLIFTING TRAINING

Whether it’s basic introduction or fine tuning, we’re eager and equipped to help. Our Oly offerings are typically in a 1-on-1 or small group setting and are only offered to members of our community. To find out more, send us a note, give us a call, or ask us at the box!

Small Group accessory class focused on improving barbell technique, mobility and strength.
