Ascend Bootcamp is our 45 minute Strength and Conditioning Class that will help you improve anyone’s overall fitness level. Whatever your goals or current fitness level, we work to get you moving and progressing to a healthier and fitter life. The movements are all functional, with most being body weight or conditioning based. We also incorporate kettlebells, dumbbells, and medicine balls. This program is great for all fitness levels, including seniors, teens and beginners.
